In addition to having too much to do, I have identified the usual reasons for lateness in my life as daydreaming, losing track of time, becoming distracted, not being able to find something, forgetfulness, hyperfocus, procrastination, difficult or unpleasant task avoidance, perfectionism, misjudging the amount of time something takes to complete, and trying to fit one more thing in before I leave.  You know, only 12 reasons.  Even so, I have adapted.  While I am still sometimes late, I arrive or deliver on time more often than not nowadays.  I have developed and tested a few coping strategies over the years to help me get to places on time or deliver that thing I promised.  I’ll share them here.
